Overview
Our team initiated a licensing discussion with HP to scale our cloud storage platform. I led the product presentation and design optimization efforts to secure the deal and deliver on post-agreement expectations.
Challenge
- Present a complex cloud product clearly and persuasively within a short timeline
- Align internal stakeholders (design, engineering, marketing)
- Rapidly deliver design improvements to meet HP’s technical requirements
What I Did
- Prepared and presented the product to HP with a clear value narrative
- Conducted competitive analysis and identified product strengths and gaps
- Collaborated with PM and engineering to define and prioritize enhancement tasks
- Initiated 1:1 discussions with engineers to clarify tech constraints and timeline feasibility
- Maintained open communication, tracked progress, and adapted designs based on real-time feedback
